Fedhealth making new parents life hell. Stay away!!

Dealing with Fedhealth after the birth of our new baby has honestly been the hardest aspect of being new parents and i would caution anyone against using the services of an organization that feels nothing for its customers.

My wife and I are on different medical aids and we made the huge mistake of deciding to put our son onto Fedhealth and not my medical aid who have always treated me as a human and understood that you are dealing with real people, their life and their health. Fedhealth feels a **** for my wife my child and their health. The absolute kicker was me taking the phone yesterday after the +- the 10th call to try and get my baby covered after missing the 30 day notification period by 3 days and failing again and again. I demanded that fedhealth recogonise that they are dealing with the health of my child and they stop flip flopping us around and demanded a manager who has actual decision making power call us to discuss fixing the issue. The call centre agent who clearly has no power to do anything promised her manager would call us immediately . Surprise surprise fedhealth feels a further **** and nobody called us. I demand to know who is in charge of this dept and i demand to lay a formal complaint against them. I will drive to fedhealth head office if you use this channel to further ignore us and treat my family with the utter contempt, arrogance and disregard as you have already done. You are an embarrassment to corporate society and our country at large as providers of such a critical service. Shame on you.
