fedhealth makes me sick

MEMBERSHIP NUMBER: *** dr martin challenor dealing with fedhealth is pure frustration. fedhealth causes deliberate confusion. fedhealth terminated a dependent without explaining why. then fedhealth refused to pay a R4 800 bill. every time we spoke to fedhealth we got a different uninformed staff member and a different answer. every time payment was promised, no payment was made. now fedhealth wants R2 800 without giving us a reason why. absolutely no reason. its ********* fedhealth is deliberately frustrating us and trying to confused us … and is not providing medical cover. anyone who deals with fedhealth is stupid
