Fedhealth looking for excuses to terminate my membership! After a ct scan were requested.

Suspended by Fedhealth for no good reason. No communication from them either except Fedhealth being upset about the review on hellopeter. No calls to resolve this since this suspension. I should be in hospital to get a sonar and xray done today to determine what is wrong with my small intestine yet I am home in terrible pain. The problems with Fedhealth started when I was admitted about three weeks back with a burning pain in my stomach. The doctor requested a ct scan. Then fedhealth contacted me telling me a panel of docters must first sit and decide if the scan are going to be authorised. Then a certain person Thandile Miya started threatening me if I dont give her report document from a docter who done a hysterectomy 9March2017 by yesterday she will suspend me for non disclosure. I have emailed her the docters office told me the docter can only do it friday she got surgery till then daily. However my husband answered all the questions they asked him telephonically as best as he could when we app****. They wanted to know the last years medical history which did not include the hysterectomy. It were done more than year ago. He even gave my number and told them I would know my medical history best they should call me. Which they never did. Then this Thandile started about me using Lexamil 10gram some months after the death of my brother my father and my best friend within one year. However my last lexamil were used 21st April and we app**** for this FEDHEALTH on 23 or 24th April this year. I supp**** her eith the pharmacy printout of lexamil collected. We had to pay three months member fee before we could even use this medical aid. This whole time I were not using lexamil. Only started somewhere in Sept month after my friends death to use it again to calm myself. So where have we not disclose cronic medication? Clearly I am not using lexamil monthly. This are the reason Thandile gave us for suspension of FEDHEALTH. Since then she did not bother to call me to explain this suspension. Yet this months payment were deducted.
