Fedhealth keeps asking for the SAME documents
I have app**** for treatment of a new chronic condition.

When I app****, I submitted all relevant documentation. It took more than a week to process, and as such, my first prescription of the medication was paid for out of my savings, instead of my chronic benefit. I had to submit the same documents TWICE in this regard.

Eventually, I was advised that the condition would be approved, but not the specific medication.

So my doctor changed the medication, now being forced to use two separate medications.

One medication was paid for from chronic, one from savings.

When I queried this, I was told that the specific medication was not covered as chronic, but that an application would be submitted for it to be approved.

Today, I received feedback regarding this application, which was declined,

The feedback mentioned that the application could be reconsider if I submit a list of information. This list is EXACTLY the same as what I have submitted on TWO previous occasions for this chronic condition.

This is now pathetic! You increase my subscriptions by ridiculous amounts each year, and then you do not deliver. I am seriously considering changing medical schemes, to someone competent
