FEDHEALTH IS USELESS

On 4 November 2019 in the early morning hours I had immense pain in my abdominal area. I went to the hospital's casualties and was admitted to hospital. On 5 November the doctor informed me that I had to undergo a G-scope on the 6th. I now have an excess payment of R6200 wrt the G-scope, as wel an account from the docter of over R2000. How can this be if I was treated in hospital??

I have tried to escalate this query with their customer care as well as with a Mr. Sollie Coetzee (whose details I obtained at a roadshow), but have I not received any feedback or explanation whatsoever.

I am very much aggrieved and will now join another medical aid. I will also discourage any person from joining Fedhealth because they pay almost nothing. We pay contributions every month for what?? Being admitted to hospital for two nights I now have close to R10,000 in excess payments. I think there might still be accounts to come.

I have really had it this time.
