Fedhealth is Useless!!!!

i am not with Fedhealth anmore and on the 7th of October I made a payment arrangement of R460 to pay the money vault back, i signed the AOD and e-mailed it and NOTHING was done, on the 1st of Novemeber you went and debit my accout twice for an ampunt of R1772 & R 574???? my account is now in an overdraft in my debit orders will bouce and i must pay the bank charges due to Fedhealth ignoring your own procudure!!!! i want the money back for the 2 debit orders for R 1772 & R574 an the bank charges that was accrued due to Fedhealth!!!!
