FEDHEALTH IS USELESS!

In December my wife was due for an operation that my medical aid turned down due to us not being on the medical aid for more than a year and for an investigation to take place from previous doctors. I am proud to say that till TODAY 16 - 02 - 2015 fedhealth is still investigating it. How pathetic! I have emailed many times and all I got back was that they are still waiting for one of my previous doctors response . I have since, not paid my medical aid, due to the fact that they do not care about their clients. Why is it that they have to wait for a response for almost 2 months from a doctor? Is it so hard to call for themselves and try to get this resolved? This medical is simply a complete JOKE! I do not care if they suspend the medical aid or do whatever they want because just as they are not interested so am I. I would not recommend this medical aid to ANYONE!!! 2 MONTHS to get feedback?? simple stupid.
