Fedhealth is the worst medical ever!

Eversince I joined the medical aid, I have had nothing but problems. I could not leave it, as it was compulsory through work. I resigned from my job on 1 May 2015 and notified my HR department then, of my desire to not continue with the medical aid, therefore it had to be cancelled. I heard from our HR that the medical aid had been notified to cancel my account with them, as I needed to terminate and issue proof to a new medical aid I wanted to move over to. I left the company and on the 4th of June I contacted Fedhealth, which I was told my medical aid was still active, so I can't get a termination letter. I inquired with Fedhealth on 18 June, when I would get my termination, and I was told I was still active and can use the medical aid, sadly my child took ill the next day with seizures (18 month old baby girl). I rushed her to Robinson Hospital, where she was diagnosed with pneumonia. The admin clerk informed me that the medical aid authorized the admission and all was well. My child was discharged on 22 June 2015. To my surprise i was told I owe the medical aid, and upon investigating, their employee, Heather van Zyl, did not action my termination until 3 July 2015.
