My membership account has been suspended monthly for the past three months. Each time I query the issue, I'm informed that it was due to a misallocation of funds. This recurring problem has left me dissatisfied; I'm now considering terminating my membership.

Every month the debit goes off, and every time funds are misallocated. I have more than 5 WhatsApp chats to reference, and with that I have not received any help and don't think I will. I'm so so exhausted and bored with their service.
