Fedhealth is the worst medical aid ever

I hate this medical aid, I was forced in from topmed when they amalgamated. I loved topmed, I never had problems with topmed. I pay a lot of money for everything to be declined, I have more out of pocket expenses with fedhealth. I was involved in a car accident on 24/8/19 at the start of the amalgamation, I suffered severe injuries which should rightfully be handled as PMB, but I'm being sent from pillar to post. On 24/8/19 with my life threatening condition, I was not able to reach anyone at fedhealth as they said my membership was suspended, I had to be treated at a government facility. I had paid my membership fee at R5600. Today my 3 kids were needing admission for bronchopneumonia, they are 5, we were turned away from hospital because my membership is suspended again, again I have proof that I have made payment at R5800. I am a widow - my husband died in that accident. I have fractures to the ribs and spine, I have reached out numerous times to fedhealth, I'm still waiting for Thandi who is one of the team leaders to call me, she had promised to call in March already. This was regarding a procedure that I had for my injuries that I sustained from the accident, the procedure was done on 24/2/21, I paid the hospital and Drs on my own. I'm still awaiting a refund today- so many hoops that I must jump through and they always say I submitted the incorrect info, they don't explain what they need, nobody calls for clarity. I'm disgusted with how I have been treated.
