Fedhealth is the WORST Medical aid.
Fedhealth is by far the worst medical aid ever. There is no logical explanation on why they don't pay certain claims even the consultants can't explain it to you. I am paying the medical aid every month but they pick and choose which claims they want to pay. They decline hospital authorisations without any reason and make our lives more harder by putting us deeper in debt.
