FEDHEALTH IS THE WORST MEDICAL AID AND THEIR SERVICES ARE PATHETIC

I am really so fed up with this stupid medical aid. This is the third time complaining about the same thing - my tax return. SARS requested that Fedhealth need to reconcile as the medical certificate information is not available on their 3rd party data. I received correspondence from Gugu Matroshe-Bango that they will provide same to SARS on Tuesday 19/07/2022 and I can follow up with SARS on Wednesday 20/07/2022...but quess what SARS STILL DID NOT RECEIVE SAME!!! PLEASE SUBMIT THIS IMMEDIALTY AND SEND ME THE CORRECT MEDICAL CERTIFICATE!!! YOU ARE CAUSING AN UNNECESSARY DELAY WITH MY TAX RETURN. WHY SHOULD I GET PUNISHED FOR YOUR INCOMPETENCE! THIS SHOULD NEVER EVEN HAPPENED - YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE THIS FROM THE BEGINNING. ALSO YOUR APOLOGIES FOR INCONVENIENCE CAUSED IS NOT AT ALL HELPFULL
