Fedhealth is the worst "family" you can have

I wish this site allows for a minus rating, because that is what Fedhealth deserves. And then they call themselves "family"! If my family ever behaves like this, I will never speak to them again. This is now the third year in a row that I have to put up a fight to get a claim for a chronic condition which they APPROVED, paid. I am taking all the precautions I should to manage my condition, while my medical aid's incompetence aggravates it. Is that not rich. I am advising every single person I meet to not touch Fedhealth. Expecting a claim to be processed correctly the first time, is not unreasonable. This medical aid is incapable of such a simple task. Instead of helping me with my condition, they are making it worse. They are not family and they may take care of other people, but I am definitely not one of those.
