Fedhealth is the worse medical aid

It has being two weeks now that I am trying to get refunds on bills I paid and worse is trying to get authorization for a back op sent all the docs yet they say it is not clear. I don't understand medical aid payments are done timeously yet I am told if it does not fall under a certain category it might not be approved the question is why then call yourself a medical aid.
