FEDHEALTH IS THE PITS !!!!!!!

I have never experienced such poor service in my life. I changed from a reputable Medical Aid Scheme as I was told that Fedhealth provided much more for a lot less ! What a lot of ****, I pay more or less the same monthly subscription and my claims are always declined ~ I have also NEVER received any communication from them advising that schemes have changed and that there is now apparently a VAULT that your savings go into and if you dont use them you lose them ????????? Why? is is that nobody responds to any emails on claims, membership etc. I get a reference number, from a "no reply" email address and that is the end.....ABSOLUTEY NO FOLLOW UP ~ I am cancelling this membership and returning to the company I was with before. FEDHEALTH YOU SUCK !!!!!!!!
