Fedhealth is taking money off our account
I cannot give no starts, so 1 star will have to do.
We are furious with Fedhealth. Email after email after email after email and they point blank ignore all our emails. We have asked them on numerous occasions to stop taking money from our bank account for the money wallet that we did not activate for this year. More thaN 500 RAND EVERY MONTH ON TOP OF OUR PAYMENT.
We do not want the medivault activated. Stop taking money off our account.
I have emailed and asked your customer service to intervene but nothing. I have no option now but to report you the the medical aid ombudsman.

22 Apr 2021, 11:45That is all good and well, but I want to know what happened to the money that you took off our bank account over and above our monthly premiums. I want a complete breakdown of the money that was taken of our account. We did not authorise those extra money. This has been going on forever and nobody finalises this.
