Fedhealth is stalling my refund paying

I was made aware that Fedhealth would be refunding me money from my savings I accumulated whilst with them on the 7th of August. They had said that I should call them to find out how I could get the money and I did that very same day. I was sent a form to fill in and made aware of the documents I would need to send to them amd I did. On the 24th of August I called to ask what the dealay was and the person i spoke with and the lady I spoke with advised that I would receive my money within 3 - 7 working days. On Monday the 26 I received an email from them saying that they need my tax number and this did not make sense as the refund form I had to fill in and send back to them had a section for tax number and so it was on the form. Upon querying this with them I got another email advising me that my refund will be processed. It is now September and I still have not received my money!!!!!
