Fedhealth is ***** and wont pay out claims they approved and I have written confirmation

Worst medical aid ever - I had to have a c-section as directed by my doctor, my private ward for hospitalization was approved in December and then on the day the hospital didnt have it, 2 hours before my opp I was phoning the medical aid to get this finalized and the lady said noooo sorry this was finalized (I was on FLEXI- FED 3 and this is covered under the option) and sent me the letter of confirmation, I showed this to the hospital, this was Feb 2019 - to this date FEDHEALTH has not paid the hospital and they are demanding the money from me! I am fed up and have called in excess of 25 times and have endless reference numbers and over 8 hours on the phone to try and get this sorted- I WILL SPEAK TO YOUR CEO if you dont fix this - and then get a lawyer until you pay this out - *****S
