Fedhealth is pyramid scheme

I wish I can give them Zero, Fedhealth is a pyramid scheme, Im coming from Medical aid from 2020, then I joined Fedhealth in November 1, then I paid, but on my surprised that my family has chronic illnesses, but on time of join I was told that within 3 months waiting period we still have PMB coverage, now my daughter is sick with asthma, they are refusing to grant hospital authorization. They are not honest, every time Fedhealth keeps disappointing, this is not the first time we join Fedhealth, in 2025 it the second time. Every time they manipulate me. Now I requested the hospital authorization for my daughter, they said they must send it to Non_ Dec, for what I don't know, because this is the chronic we disclosed on the day of application. I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed at Fedhealth, Fedhealth is a disgrace in Medical Schemes companies. And even when we try to reach their Principal Officer, he doesn't help, he is on Mute all the time.
