Fedhealth is pathetic
We've had the worts advice from fedhealth. They never informed us of hospital changes if we change our plan. We emailed them twice for an upgrade because our baby has been really sick and needed emergency care..I phoned and got a useless reply of being told to just email. They have not rep**** after 3 weeks. They promise upgrades is 30 days, but we cant even get anyone to just contact us amd give us feedback.
