Fedhealth is not a medical aid it's a ****!

Don't waste your hard earned money on them even in emergencies they'll let you down and hold you responsible for everything. The call centre is run by people who don't give a s..t about you or your situation. Had to get medical ombudsman involved for them to settle huge hospital bills for life threatening emergency. Don't fall for their bs they cover nothing and will do nothing for you when you need them. They are a disgrace and should be removed from the board of medical aids.
