Fedhealth is nonsense

This is my last year with Fedhealth, I will endure them only because my employer does not allow me to cancel during the year. Reason being this medivault nonsense. The complaints (on hellopeter) about being debited twice and blacklisted is exactly why I will much rather sit with this sore eyes and cancel my dentist appointment, rather then to activate medivault and then having to pay for a medical aid from my salary plus I also a monthly debit order. My question is, how do you decide that I can afford the extra debit order?? This is honestly nonsense. If I understood the consultant correctly there is only R400 available for me and my 2 children for the whole year??????????? Why did I then nominate a specific doctor?
