Fedhealth is horrible

I am once again complaining about the lack of customer service at Fedhealth Medical. My brother signed up with you guys after I recommended your awesome plan and because of the lack of customer feedback. Due to his health risk he has now resigned and he is trying to register on bankmed but fedhealth for weeks have failed to assist him with a proper resignation letter. They keep adding the incorrect dates to the letter which in turn outs him on a waiting period at bankmed. They say he made payments until Mid January 2020 his letter says he resigned in November 2019? Guys he is a transplant patient and has been without medication in this very very dangerous time we find ourselves in. Fedhealth keeps giving ref numbers but nobody can assist.
