Fedhealth is greedy and doesn't give one &*%# about its clients

Never again will I go to Fedhealth.

As a 26 year old, I am on the Maxima Entrysaver Membership, I contribute exactly R1759.00 every month and a year they get R22 000.00 from me. Mind you this is paid for from my own pocket not the company or any other sponsor.

I wear glasses and you will know how much these cost if you are due for new ones.

Last week I went for a root canal removal and I need to go back sooner because its infected and I am in the most heart-wrenching pain. Throbbing is nothing close to what I feel right now.

I call Fedhealth and their consultant say, "Sorry we can't help its not life threatening".

I am beyond disappointed and upset. I have no words and would like t resign from the medical aid if they cannot assist me with this when I need them the most. You are greedy Fedhealth!!!!!!
