Fedhealth is giving me runaround with regards to my refund on my savings!!!!

I am suppose to receive my savings money from Fedhealth and they are giving me the run around.

When I contacted them they advised that they would send me a refund form to fill in to which I did.

The refund form required my personal details, it also had a section for my tax number which I did fill in and sent to them.

Now they keep sending me emails telling me that they require my tax number in order for them to make the payment to me and I really think that this is a delay tactic. I ahould have received the funds 1st week of August yet they are now giving me the run around.
