Fedhealth is frustrating and *********** ....
I am done.
I am not going to wait any longer.
I asked the accounts department to sort this out in JANUARY 2019 nobody did anything.
I have to follow up with FEDHEALTH EVERYTIME.
STOP TELLING ME TO WAIT BECAUSE ITS UNDER INVESTIGATION. 3 MONTHS LATER AND YOU STILL INVESTIGATING???
I want answers TODAY. I refuse to wait any longer, Because i did my fair share. I provided the bank statements, I went to the bank, i did my share and i am not going to email someone to contact me.

Because the accounts departments is not investigating my account and suspended my account.
I am sick and tired of going to the bank.
My cousin and i are warning people to not join fedhealth because the standers have dropped so badly.
