FEDHEALTH IS FALLING APART
Absolutely shoddy service. I am so tired of emailing only to get a reply with a reference number and no further assistance, try phoning and your call gets dropped. People promise to phone back, never phone back. Fedhealth USED TO BE A GOOD MEDICAL AID BUT REALLY I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR SERVICE NOW! !!!!
