Fedhealth is disrespectful!
2 November 2018 I wanted to Terminate my plan with Fedhealth because I could no longer afford the premiums, I was told I need serve a 30 day notice period which was December 2018,I then requested a recording as confirmation that I was informed about that since the plan was taken over the phone. and from that day I have been receiving the silent treatment. 25th January 2019 requested a termination letter,still have not received a response.
