Fedhealth is by far the worst medical aid i have been with.

Fedhealth doesn't deserve any star from me. I was a fedhealth member last year, I had the worst experience of my life with them, so this year moved to Topmed now they amalgamated to fedhealth , I have been trying to cancel as a non starter since 25 JULY 2019, its now the 29th August and no cancelation certificate from fedhealth. They have debited on the 1st of August and I said since they have debited a monthly subscription they should terminate on the 31st of August. Since then I have been calling them to cancel my memebership, they try to offer me another option, when I refuse, they promise to send a termination letter that will state that I was a topmed member and I am told my request is being sent to retention. Today when I call I am told that there is nothing on their system that says I am cancelling my membership. I have now joined a new medical aid which is due to debit on the 1st of September, I am on a waiting period because fedhealth doesn't want to send me the termination letter. And I am sure that come the 1st of September, Fedhealth is going to debit monthly subscription. I have never been this frustrated with a medical aid before.
