Fedhealth is absolutely PATHETIC!!!!

I've been with fedhealth my whole life, it worked because I've always paid my installments but now when you need them, they no where to be found, multiple emails and phone calls, no one gets back to you.

Got pre authorised for my childs birth, now they emailed me saying they paying only R150 towards the R17500 I paid.

YOU GUYS ARE PATHETIC!!!! I cant wait to sort this out and move my medical aid elsewhere. This has been 8 months of hell with fedhealth, I chose flexifed 3 option as it covers 10 midwife consultations, they haven't refunded me for 1, full of excuses and empty promises, every consultant has a different answer, they are all miss informed, I've requested multiple times for the recorded conversations and they holding it back because they know I have a case, my advice is everytime you call this pathetic company you record your own conversation.

I dont want apologies fedhealth, I want my money back for my childs birth so I can move to another medical aid.
