Fedhealth is a NO GO

My son have tried to get a quote from fedhealth and I have also requested for agent to phone us. NO GO.!!! nobody phoned us. No response. After two weeks.You are pathetic. It was once a long time time ago an excellent medical aid., but now you guys are pathetic,pathetic. !!!!
