FEDHEALTH is ****

Fedhealth deserves 0 stars. Upon signing up in December of 2018 I was promised so many benefits on flexifed 1. They stated unlimited Dr's cover at a network GP i made sure of this multiple times speaking to multiple people. After paying my amount every month and going to see a Dr I was told there were no funds after 7 months of paying and not seeing a Dr. its been 11 weeks since I've called Fedhealth to sort this issue out and I still have 0 response only that they will suspend my account if I don't pay. I 100% will be cancelling this medical aid.
