Sent them an email on the 4th of March requesting them to refund my saving. Followed up 3 times. Hours before lock down, they asked me for a whole bunch of documents that had to certified. I've sent it to them still today they say it's going to take another week. Pathetic useless company. They don't reply to any complaints cause they now they are useless.
