FEDHEALTH IGNORING MY QUERIES

On the 12th of December 2017 I logged a Hello Peter complaint due to my query and claim not being sorted out. Till this day there are no solution for my query/claim. I want the Doctors Visit to be reallocated and my claim to be paid please. I attached the necessary documentation with this complaint.
