Fedhealth idiots

So I called fedhealth for the past few weeks wanted to change my banking details with them so that they could debit my money from another account.. Long story short they told me to email my 3 months bank statment plus my copy of my ? to them which I did (I had to change my bank account details and love my debit orders to a different account because of ********** activities that was going on) .. The 24th of December comes they debit the money from the account that I told them a million times not to and obviously it bounced!!! I called them asking what the hell they told me they didnt receive my other banking details via email and I should send it again.. OK so this was my third time sending it... I also sent them their money manually via eft on that very same day... I was told I was gonna get a sms when they got the money.. I did not... I then called them the 28th did they recieve the money I was told yes they did.. Today I get a email saying my account has been suspended omw because I did not pay.. Like what in the actual hell fedhealth.. Stay away from these idiots that don't know how to do their job
