Fedhealth - I will never recommend Fedhealth to anyone

Fedhealth is so bad I would not even give it a rating. I have sent about 6 e-mails querying why 1 month shows one member on my tax certificate and the other 11 months shows 2. They keep mixing my and my son's medical aid up and even downgraded mine at one point to my sons plan. I keep sending them my medical aid no and they keep reverting with his details. Try calling, its a waste of time, you get sent some generic bull**** by some *********** individual reading from a script and get put on hold constantly. So emailing is a waist of time, calling is a waste of time and don't get me started on the fight to pay medical bills. They are the worst medical aid ever. DO NOT JOIN THEM.
