fedhealth hospital plan DISGUSTING

i am currently on a hospital plan with fedhealth and last week injured my back. i went in to the Glynwood hospital and was admitted and afterauthorising an MRI scan and then with the conclusion from the specialist Fedhealth declined the necessary procedure. this is also the first time that i have used my medical aid and find this utterly disgusting after authorising the scan and making me stay 4 days in hospital and after being prepped the morning of 02/01/2019 for the operation only then to be told by fedhealth that the procedure had been declined and had to leave the hospital very embarassed. with me thinking i was covered for any in hospital procedures(with maybe a percentage of a by payment)the plan that i am on is the maxima core. i certainly will not be able to recommend fedhealth to anyone unless in a negative tone.
