Fedhealth Horror Experience

We have been with Fedhealth for more than 10 year now and never have I ever experience such ******** and Bad service from them. They keep on deducting money from my account saying that I missed payments. I have not stopped any of their debit orders or missed my payments. They Do Not Return Any of my Calls... They are reluctant to assist me with getting the problem solved and keep making excuses why they can't assist me. I have spoken to Managers, Credit controllers and customer center agents with no luck. I'm at a point where I would like to warm people against Fedhealth and on the verge of canceling my policy with them. False advertising and its a complete ****.
