There's things that they didn't make clear with me at the time I was taking it up I called and held on the line for almost 20 minutes for a consult to hang up on me when I was seeking a doctor's practice number... I sent an email stating my problem which I believe was ignored They had more than 24hrs to respond much more time... They just don't care as long as they get their monthly premium. It's disturbing because this was not the first time I had called them to change a doctor on my line doctors.
