Fedhealth has the worst customer service

This is by far the worst medical aid I have ever come across. Do not even attempt to try and get authorization for an procedure. Once you have sent the mail to the authorization department it will disappear into thin air. Do not try and call them because there is just no answer. This is the worst customer service I have ever come across.
