Fedhealth Good service to sign up bad after service
I have recently signed up with Fedhealth and been a member for 2 months and I have now realised what bad service this medical aid offers. I can never get through to a call center and I have emailed 4 queries already with no response. This morning I held on for more than half an hour excluding the electronic voice directing my call by pressing 1;5 and who knows what else. I have asked them to contact me because I would like to cancel my medical aid yet no one has contacted me. Think my next step should be the ombudsman

10 Feb 2020, 11:40To everyone that wants to sign up with Fedhealth here is what the reaponse was to our cancellation which was information not devulged to us. Once you have activated your Medi Vault and transfered in our case R6000 to be paid R500 x 12 they require you to pay the full R6000 before they cancell your medical aid. We have used R2200 of this yet we have to pay the full R6000 so R3800 will be for what? We didn't use this. Pathetic to say the least
