Fedhealth going down

What is up with Fedhealth. Their service is non-existing. I have called, been on the phone for hours. I have emailed. I have tried their online chat. No direct answers. They don't call back when they say they would. No response on their emails at all? Is Fedhealth still OK? Are they going down?
