Fedhealth going backward

The MEDIVAULT system is a total mess. They sent me a letter confirming that my "Vault" has been transferred to the "Wallet" which was done. Fedhealth sent me a letter with the installment on 29 January 2019 to confirm that the installment was R0.00 for the month, which I assumed was correct, as they would then start deducting at the end of February 2019. But lo and behold!!!! they presented a debit order for DOUBLE what the installment would have been and then they THREATEN me when the debit order was returned!!!!! to cancel my medical aid I was not prepared for a DOUBLE installment!!!! Their call centre is a MESS, as you are on hold for literally more than an hour and then still nobody answers!!
