Fedhealth gives me the run around

I have a procedure that has not been paid , going back and fourth to settle the outstanding payments as well as getting approval for my procedure has been tedious. I am extremely frustrated been pushed from department to department , I am in agony and cant go forward with my procedure. I need approval and authorization and the outstanding payments to be made , as this is the first time I am using my medical aid for major surgery. I leave messages and no one can give me an answer. I need someone to contact me that can assist me and clear all outstanding payments to the doctor as well as a procedure that has been planned and approval to be sent to me that all will be paid in full as I am using the network doctor of Fedhealth. I am extremely frustrated !!!!!
