Fedhealth - Full of crab

Terminated my Medical Aid with them end of March 2018, I called sometime last month to inquire about my saving that needs to be paid back to me, I was told they will be paid end of July but end of July nothing happened. I decided to call them again on the 14/08/2018 to make a follow up and they telling me for my savings to be paid up I need to provide whole lot of original documents(Tax certificate, bank statements, proof of address, medical certificates) that I need to deliver directly to their offices or I need to post them and I was never told all that when I called all this time to inquire about my savings money and they couldn't explain why they need all these documents. This in one **** medical aid scheme I ever used, I wouldn't advice anyone to use this.
