Fedhealth - Frustration & Incompetence

I got married a few months ago, so we decided to put my wife on my medical aid (which is not Fedhealth). What should be a simple process of cancelling a medical aid scheme and receiving the necessary certificate from Fedhealth has turned into a month long joke. These guys always promise to have an agent call you and have you waiting like an idiot for something to happen (and no one ever phones you). No matter what you do, you simply cannot get the termination documents from them.

Just stay away - their service is absolutely ridiculous. Completely ***********. Spend your hard earned money at another medical aid scheme, don't waste your time and money.
