Fedhealth frustration

So I gather from all the frustrated complaints here that you have changed your system - without telling us, the members. Which explains why I now can't see my claim details without visiting the site and trying to login. Which is impossible as suddenly my password is not being accepted. And when I tried to get it reset - no email was delivered. Fedhealth knows how to make life more complicated - and please stop with the "family takes care of family" nonsense. It is nauseating. Dealing with Fedhealth is anything but pleasant or a familial experience.
