Fedhealth forcing members to Pharmacy Direct
So I've been with Fedhealth for a couple of years now, suddenly the medical scheme is forcing all members on chronic conditions to get their medication from Pharmacy Direct (a pathetic service provider) failure to which members will be liable for 40% copayment. I have previously dealt with Pharmacy Direct and they would delay delivery of my medication for weeks on end.
