Fedhealth Flexi Fed 1

Hi There , I have been a happy customer for almost 4 years now. We changed our plan last year to the FlexiFed 1 . According to the catalogue we have unlimited GP visits .We listed a GP last week that is part of the network GP List that consultant send online. The following day my husband who is the main member went to the doctor which was listed and even our savings is up , they still did not cover it . Please assist why it is not sorted out.
