FEDHEALTH FAILURE

My husband has chronic back pain from damaged disks. When we app**** for a Rhizotomy to ease the pain, they insisted we go through DBC to do various exercises before they would give us consent. When my husband attended DBC they confirmed that his situation is too serious and that he needs the Rhizotomy. We are still waiting and when I call Fedhealth they tell me the procedure is declined and they are not aware of DBC. In the meantime my husband is suffering and I cant get past the Call Centre. I am paying a very high rate and cannot get results. Very frustrating and in the meantime my husband is suffering.
